this is a change from me. I’m usually posting asking for help/support. I wanted to let you know I’ve managed to do three 25 min runs this week and, after 18 months, can honestly say for the first time, I’ve looked forward to the runs. Really enjoyed this last week - never thought I’d be saying that! Bring it on 🤭. Thank you all as you’ve all got me this far. I’m not daft, so know this feeling may not last, but will relish it whilst it does 😀
