I agreed with myself that I would move ahead as long as I completed the run before. Keep going til I can't, sort of thing. You'd be surprised by what you can do. Take it nice and slow, slow down more if you can, the programme is good at preparing you for the next one.
I must say I totally misread your post title "Repeat Wk1 ON crack....." gave me a giggle
My best advice is trust the program and never approach a run thinking “well, I’ll never manage this one”! It’s a program to train your legs, heart and lungs but never ever dismiss the power of thought. If you think you’ll struggle I found you will! Good luck, you can do it.
I can only speak from my own experience but I found week 1 the hardest of all!
