Not a fluke apparently 😁

I’ve completed three 30 minute runs, so I guess I can really do it! I have one more to graduate as I started on a different program. Feeling reasonably confident and really wanting to know my distance. Exactly 5 weeks until my 5k!

Thanks for the tips (SLOW DOWN)!

Thanks, Mummycav! Since I took the advice to slow down, I’ve truly been enjoying myself. Before that I thought I’d tough it out until the 5k that I registered for and then go back to walking. running is about enjoying yourself too…so how ever far you’re running in what ever time it is better than what you were doing before you started c25k so you should be blumming proud of yourself for what you’re managing to run right now…you are doing amazingly well, and whatever happens in the 5k’s you’ve entered you will be beaming 😁 and rightly so x
