Was it a fluke or am I getting better?

Just done week 5 run 1 - 3 x 5 min runs - and to my amazement I felt really good, both during and after- no exhaustion or aching legs! Is this just a fluke thing that happens, or have I turned some kind of corner?

You’ve turned a corner for sure! Feels good, doesn’t it? Same thing happened to me around week 5 😊

Last time I did c25k (on another app years ago) I remember week 5 being a killer! This has been in the back of my mind starting this one-I’m so pleased to hear how well you did and it makes me quite excited to get towards it now and enjoy!

Thanks for inspiring me with a fresh outlook! And well done you-yay!!!

Well I still have 2 more runs to do so don’t want to count chickens but fingers crossed! Good luck on getting through this time too.

Sounds to me like the legs have caught up to the mind and have decided to play ball. Good job, you’re more than ready for the rest of the week.
