After really struggling with week 7 and feeling I would never make it, I read the advice of others to run slower. This has really worked for me and I went straight from not being able to run 25 mins to completing 45 minutes and then worrying this might be a one off, to running 45 minutes now twice more. Now completing much more than 5km which is amazing. There were times when I was really thinking I would never be able to complete it.
The advice from others on this site has really helped. If anyone else is stuck like I was, there is help and if you keep going, you will get there. Jx
