omg I have just done my WJ1 run no 3 and ran for the whole 60 sec did not stop I am so proud of me ye ye sorry to keep on but nobody else to tell I did it roll on WK 2 🀩🀩🀩🀩🀩

Oh no! Have you looked up the strength and flex forum? It’s really worth spending time working on this aspect of your fitness because it will really support your running and help keep injuries at bay. The earlier info your run journey you start, the better!
