With support and advice from all you lovely people on here that’s how .

Never ever thought I could do this as not ran since school and I’m 50.

Blood pressure now normal range (as high previously )

Weight down 12 pounds and I’ve never felt so good about myself in years!

Off on my holidays now to warmer climate and look forward to our wedding on Christmas Eve
