Hello lovely people, as the title suggests I haven't been on here for a while. I re started c25k and got to week 8 and ran a constant 28 minutes, was very pleased with myself. Did a parkrun end of March and was very disappointed with myself taking nearly 45 minutes to complete 😔 slowest I've ever done it.Anyhow I decided to give the walk/run method a go and it was a game changer! I did 30 seconds run, 30 seconds walk and my time improved no end! For those 30 seconds I could put in more effort as I knew I would walk shortly ( all in the mind see!) So this is my journey to date, will keep at it although I still struggle mentally to get out there sometimes. Got myself a new running t shirt (see pictures) sums me up about right!
