I only went and did it!!!

Cant believe it, I remember posting on here a few weeks ago that I was struggling to move up to week 3, and I have just run for 20 minutes!

This week my breathing seemed to click and it’s all seemed much more β€œdoable”

thanks so much to everybody on here for your support, even though I don’t post often I read about all your journeys and they’ve really inspired me!

First time I’ve felt really excited about this πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŒŸπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Absolutely brilliant news! That was my favourite run of the whole programme. I bet you’re still grinning!

Sometimes people set off a big fast for week 6 run 1 while still on a high. It’s easy to run out of puff! Really concentrate on keeping it steady and you’ll be fine.

As MissUnderstanding has said, take your time with the week 6 interval runs ... They have a habit of catching people out !
