Weight Loss Board

Hi,

I posted a couple of days ago saying that I had completed my first run of week one and was hoping to do healthy eating along side this and exercising at the gym to help me begin to shed some pounds.

One of the admin told me that there was a sister board for this, but I cannot find my original post to ask them to post the link to where this is as I cannot find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction of this as I really want to do all I can to improve my health and gain more fitness and a leaner body.

Thank you in advance for any help with this you can offer. :)

Planning on getting up and doing my run 2 week one tomorrow. Made sure I had my rest day today so I am hoping to be rearing to go for tomorrow.

Hi   Brunettegal8999 , I'm guessing it's probably this forum: healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

Hope it helps, anyway!

Re finding your previous posts, you can always search on your own name in the C25K "members" section, and that should bring up a page with them on.

The link you were given in your previous post was for our c25k programme guide.

Cmoi has now given you a link to the weight loss support group

That's a fair bit of reading to be going on with , good luck and enjoy your next run 😁

well done the hardest part of any run is actually getting past the front door! Please do the stretches before and after as this helps protect from injury!

Healthy eating sounds easy but with busy lives work kids family it’s hard ! I highly recommend the pinch of nom cookery books easy to follow and gives you several recipe options on cooking! Good luck

One extra thing: combining an increase in exercise load with a highly restrictive diet is not a good move. Make sure you're eating appropriately.
