Not the best session I have had, having spent most of it listening to my poor abused gut growling at me...

Yeah, I obviously ate something last night I should not have done. I followed this up by drinking coffee just before the run to help perk me up. I'm a fool. There are worse things to do than run when you have only just extricated yourself from the toilet for the third time that day.

I think I am hooked. Getting into shape is good for me, but refusing to run home to the toilet until I had done my 30 minutes may be a little unhealthy. On the other hand, 30 minutes out running and all my pain went away, leaving me in a zen-like bubble of here-and-now.

It was not a very difficult run, now my body is getting used to it, and I have got one 'lap' of my run down from about 4 minutes on Monday to about 3 minutes 30 today without feeling like I am overdoing it.

Well done on getting your run in feeling under the weather...it is addictive isn't it?!
