I left an additional day in between the runs, I think I'm starting to like it like that.
My entire outlook is different this time, instead of rushing to get through the program I'm taking my time.
Two 8 minute 'running' sections with a 5 minute walk before, after and in between.
The warm up walk finished in what seemed like the blink of an eye and then I just start hitting my 'stride' and Laura is telling me I can walk again.
A couple of seconds later the halfway bell sounds and before I know it the second 8 minute section is starting.
Again, it seemed to be over before I got comfortable.
The next one is 20 minutes, I'm sooo looking forwards to that joffle.
As usual, it'll be done to the mantra of slow and steady.
