One of the reasons that got me running was to set a good fitness example for our young daughter and today she and my husband came with me as I run my final run of the couch to 5k. Like many others I could barely run when I started but running today and graduating was a miracle! If you're just starting now keep going. Your body can do it and like mine it may just surprise you and do things that you never thought it could do!
