For w7r2 should I do a flat route or one with a long hill....will go with the most votes!

I vote for long hill, you did not say if uphill or downhill! presume the former. I do enjoy a hill....

it is up hill, i can't say that i enjoy them but at the moment with only one vote the hill it will be. will check just before I log off and go from there

Hill, my runs were all uphill and then downhill which means on the way back to the car they were still uphill and downhill. :)
