Absolutely gutted., Just starting week 4 and the dreaded covid again. Looks like ill just step back 1 week when I can eventually go out.

Sorry to hear this. There have been a lot of us knocked down with bugs of various kinds lately. Take all the time you need to recover. The runs will be there when you’re ready for them. Hopefully it’ll be mild and before you know it, you’ll be back running and stronger than ever. The main thing is to look after yourself now. ❤️
I can well imagine how you feel. When I started it was right after week 4 that I was sent into quarantine as a student of mine got Covid. (I didn't get it but the entire class had to stay home and inside, plus the teachers...)
Especially with the weather getting better one is enthusiastic to get out and running. And, in your case, get one week closer to gradiuating.
Don't worry though, you won't lose stamina will not suffer for two weeks. So it should be possible to continue with week 4.

Having just had covid again for the 3rd time!!!! I found this useful. I read a lot of articles about this and for me this was the most informative and least scaremongering.
It's still very much out there. Take it gently, recover well and know the runs, and we will be waiting x
