When reading posts by admin /others, you really get the sense that this forum has members all over the UK and overseas too.

I can’t see it makes any difference where a runner comes from, running is a universal action. Unless a runner is at altitude or on singular terrain (eg sand dunes), experiences/recommendations /techniques can be shared and are mutually helpful.

It would probably make more difference to know the average age of the members, but inevitably it’s more likely to be older than younger.

Hi Andy. Well I think you have got your answer to your question JeremiahObadiah ,MissUnderstanding and Comoi have explained it brilliantly. Basically we are a group of people of various ages who have all one thing in common we enjoy running what ever level we are at. Couch to 5k in an NHS app so that is only available in the UK. The podcasts can be used by anyone. I don’t think I’ve every seen any official statistics. I think most people are in the UK but we’ve got some from all over.

Everyone is welcome here. It’s great to have different perspectives and a bonus to have photos from sunny places when it’s grey and miserable here!
