after about 6 months of non running decided to jump back into running. Tried going out on my own but never settled. Then decided to get back on the program. I started at week 4 and repeated it twice before progressing. I am just about to do week 7 and feel amazing. Jo Whiley is the best coach on the app by far.

Well done to everyone on their journey, how ever hard it is don’t give up. You are amazing!!

Absolutely with you on Jo Wiley. I tried a few of the others and none of them matched her obvious enthusiasm.

Brilliant to hear this! So many people use c25k (or part of it) as a way back. Really glad it’s worked so well for you.

I think I might just put a little shout out for Denise Lewis though. She was mine and I loved her. When she appears on the TV doing punditry I always feel like she’s my friend now. We had some great times together!
