Cold and foggy

This morning was freezing cold and foggy as hell, but.....nothing like the cold air hitting your lungs to make you feel alive 😁

Me too..but since Covid..there seems to be an issue with the cold air hitting the lungs.

Have you tried putting a thin buff (other makes are available!) over your nose and mouth when you start running? I find it really helps to warm the air up by keeping nasal passagers warmer until I get going properly.

I was buffed and balaclava-ed. I alwyas wear a hat and buff in winter, I look like Burgalar bill.. but thank you x
