I have now had this stinking cold for 9 days! It just won't shift. I'm feeling just as bad now as I was when it started. No signs of it getting better at all and it's really getting to me now about the fact I still can't start week 8!! 😢😢
Not even got a photo to share today.

Really really frustrating for you, I'm assuming you've ram-raided the local chemists for all the suitable pills and potions. Could you manage a walk with an Irishprincess 'jogette' interval? Or is it keeping you almost housebound? Just getting out in the running kit is a mental fillip.
Hope you are better soon and that Erica's supermum becomes a super runner again very soon
I'm very limited on what I can take as I'm breastfeeding. I did go to the pharmacy on Friday evening just to double check and she just gave me dissolvable menthol crystals to help with the breathing. I'm not housebound but I'm totally blocked up and can hardly breathe. I'm doing an 8 mile walk on Saturday which should be fine (stop at pubs along the way) but it's the breathing when running that I just can't see how I can work it.
Ooh now I understand, you really can't run and breathe at the same time. Horrid, that must be even more frustrating than I imagined. Hopefully the walk will be a nice thing to do - especially the pub bit. I miss those!
I think as you've probably already worked out, you're on a different injury couch and this one is going to take it's time. You poor thing.
My Little Mum had similar and she was breastfeeding too...Menthol to help the stuffy nose... you are already doing that... steamy shower or bath too...
The runs are still going to be there.. and you will feel better soon...I am a great believer in homemade soup for colds too...
