First run back after about 10 days as I was suffering with a very painful, swollen toe. I picked up where I left off at week 6 and I'm surprised to say it felt good! Getting up off the warm sofa was a challenge but I just reminded myself that I have actually started enjoying running and that positive mindset helped to carry my round!

There is only 1 interval run left now I think so the finish line is in sight!

Yes I think it's all better now! I'm not sure if it was running that caused it to swell but I'm glad it's better. Yay looking forward to getting it 😀
