I’ve just finished week 7 of the C25K, I would never have thought that I could run 1 minute never mind 25 minutes. I’ve always wanted to run but never thought I could do it. I’ve got a milestone birthday this year(60), so it’ll be a huge achievement to finish the program. I would encourage anyone who has always wanted to run to have a go. If I can do it anyone can.

Great work! I am a ‘graduate’, but life got in the way and I have totally fallen off the wagon. I too have that big birthday coming up, but it is my intention to get going again. There’s nothing like that feeling! Pushing yourself through is always worth it, and you should be very proud ! Keep running !
