I just wanted to say what an amazing programme this is and to encourage everyone to keep going! I started in March last year and could only manage four of the eight one minute runs. I graduated in August, not running even 4K. I've had more than my fair share of injury time but have always gone back to it and yesterday I finally ran ten k! Yes TEN k. Took me an hour sixteen minutes and seven seconds but I did it! I honestly never thought I would run that far or that long and if I can do it anyone can, so keep at it!
Keep at it everyone! : I just wanted to say what... - Couch to 5K
Keep at it everyone!
Yahoo! Well done. That's on my list for next year. Congratulations.
Congratulations, are you in the bridge to 10k group? And have you got your 10K badge?
Yes got it this morning. It's very shiny!
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant... well done you!
An inspiration to us all.
Good luck and happy running!

Well done 🏅
Woo hoo Hillary! Two shiny badges now. It is an awesome programme to be sure. Never ever thought I'd stick with it. Huge congrats on your 10k and LOVE that picture😊😊😊
Fantastic. Am sure I will never run 10K. But then I was sure I couldn't run 5K. And for 56 years I was sure I couldn't run, full stop!
Many congratulations to you for pushing those boundaries
You will. I got stuck at 5k for a while as it exhausetd me and then my husband challenged me to run six and I did!
