First Run of the New Year

Breathtaking albeit cold morning to start my new year run. Thermal layers & sunglasses seem a strange combination but necessary when the feel like factor is -3 & actual temperature 2 deg. How wonderful to feel warm & cosy, energised & renewed after 30 mins! What’s not to love about a winter run!

Hard to know what to put on at the moment…I w had the excellent look of a t shirt and gloves!

That new sofa is perfect except when I fell asleep on it and cricked my neck quite badly, now I have a cushion lol, keep well and enjoy your runs
