Finished week 8 and 2022 with my first Park Run. Was great to run with other people for the first time. Now onto the final week of C25K.

Fantastic! How did you find it?

Just three to go-enjoy every one and start planning your celebrations!

Thank you.It was great fun and so much nicer to run with over 100 other people. I set myself the goal of just finishing it even if it meant a little walking. Finished it without walking and felt good. Now onto week 9.

Well done! We’d always recommend sticking to the programme timings, even at a park run so walking is absolutely fine-a good thing even! It’s not worth an injury. It can be hard when you’re carried along with the bunch though.

There’s something lovely about running with others. Glad you had a great time. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
