had a consistent start to the programmes completing 4 weeks and then was knocked a little off course .Kept up gym running but tonight completed week 4 final run ready to start week 5 on Sunday 1st January.

A fair few forum friends have been blown off course these last weeks! Wind, weather, illness or injury!

Head on slow and steady into Week 5... no need for any hurry.
