Just finished week 4, with a lovely run in the snow. I'm amazed, but it felt a great deal less difficult then week 1!

Thats what they call progress. :-) Well done!

oooh thats encouraging as ive just started and still trying to find my running legs!

As the podcasts will tell you, its mostly about attitude. Stick with it, and dont try to go too fast.

I have W4R3 tomorrow in the snow tomorrow and I am terrified so well done you!! Any advice? :)

all I did was to make sure i was warm and to pace myself. week 5 beckons :)

I did the run today but on a treadmill unfortunatly. Good luck on week 5! I'm half looking forward to it and half terrified haha!
