Well after my whinge the other day I’ve just done the second run of this week. No faster but found the 2 x 10 minute runs really manageable. The magic is still working 😄

We all need a whinge sometimes and it’s so great when the next run goes well. It’s extra sweet then! Try and forget about being faster. Focus on your effort and keeping it comfortable which you absolutely nailed that during run. Massive well done to you!!
