Really enjoyed my 25 run (wk 7) tonight, was needed after a rubbish few days.

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 7, not long now until you graduate, I hope your run today helped you to forget the last few days which you call "rubbish" I hope that didn't apply regarding your recent runs.

Thank you. No I’m actually really proud of myself with how far I’ve come with my runs. Never did I think I’d reach this point.
