after a few weeks of knee pain and a heavy cold zi finally managed to do Tim’s run. It was a rainy start but I was determined to do the run no matter what. After the first few mins the rain eased and the sun shon. I was rewarded with a rainbow. Was it just luck was it Tim saying keep running keep smiling. We can all find pleasure in the little things in life, just have to look for them.

Well done to you Swimming24 on running 'Tim's Run' after a few weeks of knee pain, that's a lovely photo with the rainbow in the background, I am sure it was Tim saying to you "keep running, keep smiling" while you ran, he would have been very proud of you.
