slowed it down… a bit

after reaching week 8 and found 28 mins slightly too much on my legs, I dropped back a bit and did 10min 3walk 10min and found this better as I’d had a week off due to having a full calf tattoo. I will do a 20min next and slowly build back up. I think my body at a 25 min at the moment at a push.

You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to Baldman1, perhaps the reason you found the 28 minute runs of week 8 too much were because you were running too fast or not hydrated, you have to drink plenty of water to run, otherwise you will be very tired and not be able to complete the longer runs of C25K, good luck for the remaining runs.

You'll get there! Keep consistent because with running it really is everything 😊

If your body's telling you its advice can be relied on 😁
