You now have to do what every fledgling little bird has to do when it finds itself outside of the nest!!! You have to find what to do with your newfound running skill.
So pleased for you ! Massive congratulations 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️
Congratulations. What a great achievement. 👏👏 it’s a brilliant programme and has such a positive impact.
I am loving post C25K running - I’m just getting out there and running for as long and as far as I like. There are some great post C25K programmes to follow as well 😁
Many Congratulations 👏
The Graduates will give you lots of advice. In the meantime keep running 30 mins x week 👍.
Enjoy the rest of your running journey 🏃
Congratulations Lovey! The world is your oyster now! A few weeks of consolidation runs will give you a good foundation, then it's best to set yourself a new goal - speed or increased distance to keep you motivated. Have you tried Park Run? It's great fun and very addictive! Also you might want to think about joining a running group - nice to have some company on these dark evenings. Happy running! 👍🏃🏅🎉
