It feels a bit of an anticlimax now that I’ve just completed my final couch to 5k run. I feel pleased that I’ve achieved my goal but am now wondering where I go from here? Will read some of your inspiring stories!

Congratulations Graduate... after the party...:) Consolidation..is the name of the game... lots of running.. 30 minute ones, shorter and maybe longer..new routes etc... After a couple of weeks, maybe try the C25K + podcasts too.. challenging but fun.. and then... well. maybe take a peek here..

You now have to do what every fledgling little bird has to do when it finds itself outside of the nest!!! :) You have to find what to do with your newfound running skill. :)

Congratulations Lovey! The world is your oyster now! A few weeks of consolidation runs will give you a good foundation, then it's best to set yourself a new goal - speed or increased distance to keep you motivated. Have you tried Park Run? It's great fun and very addictive! Also you might want to think about joining a running group - nice to have some company on these dark evenings. Happy running! 👍🏃🏅🎉
