Hi, I graduated Monday and was recommended to do a week of consolidation of 30 mins. I actually found my first consolidation run harder than any of week 9 even though it was the same time (though slightly different, and should have been easier,route). So I would recommend sticking with 30 mins for three consolidation runs.

Congratulations. First, celebrate well, then consolidate where you are... run 30 minutes until itβs comfortable/easy and then go for the 10. There are apps, there are podcasts, but the best follow on plan in my opinion is ju-ju- βs one so join Bridge to 10k on here to have a look at it.
