I've just finished the course! I feel very pleased with myself, when I did week 1 for the first time, I couldn't even run the full 60 seconds...so yes, really happy with my progress!
I wonder if anyone has recommendations of podcasts I can listen to whilst doing my 30 min run? Preferably something with time markers and encouraging messages: I really liked Laura but I could not stand those songs! If I have to, I'll continue with Laura but I'm wondering what else is out there that I might prefer
Thanks everyone and have a nice day
EDIT: Thanks to everyone for your suggestions and congratulations! I will check out everything that has been suggested! Luckily I'm in the uk so the apps should work fine. Love you all xx

Congratulations on your graduation! I use the Nike Run Club (NRC) app. It’s a bit marmite but I like it a lot-the best thing for my running since c25k. You can play your own music alongside the podcasts.
There are a great range of runs available. They don’t usually have a warm up/cool down walk included so add that on. Start with the timed easy/recovery runs which will be similar to what the final weeks of the c25k programme get you to do-continuous runs of a certain time length at a conversational pace. It’s free so if you don’t like it, it’s easily deleted!
Congratulations 😀 a lot of us use the Nike Run Club app, there are loads of 30 minute runs on there, you can use their playlists or turn them off and play your own choice.
Or you could try Zombies run app and choose your own time, you can turn chases on or off
After graduation (the second time), I ditched the app completely and just ran to my own choice of mainly speech podcasts (from BBC Sounds and others).
If you do the same or similar routes, you eventually get a feel for how things should go. (But don't just do the same routes over and over. You'll get bored.)
Given your remarks re Laura and the songs I take it you used the podcasts. So did I, but I ditched audio-guided runs after that, as I find I get on much better with my own choice of listening and no voices telling me what to do.
Just one thing: if you're outside the UK, the Nike Run Club app might not offer you the same choice of coaches and runs as those that UK and US-based runners get. It'll depend on your phone settings. I live in France, so NRC offered me French coaches and runs. Linguistically that's not a problem for me, but I'd only downloaded the app to try to understand why so many people are apparently hooked on Coach Bennett. When he stood me up I deleted the whole shebang!
Also didn't fancy a repeat of the HU virtual run commentaries, which my phone helpfully read in English using French voice generation software that for some reason failed to translate the numbers. So basically I ran 10k listening to an Inspector Clouseau soundalike saying things like "You 'ave olreddee duhn neuf kilomètres, eeet ees soon ze feeneesh." I was just thankful I hadn't used the commentary for my HUHM run!
It’s for graduates on the ct5k, I gave it a go and it was okay but I ended up just timing my runs and putting my own music on. NRC is liked, a lot, by many runners (I’m not a fan of Coach Bennet’s voice so it put me off). But the various guided runs are great.
