wow.wow. wow. Just finished the 25min run...what a buzz 😁
Found the the first two runs this week tough, but expected it due to the comments on here. However,I took on board the advice I receivedand have stayed hydrated all week. It felt like today everything came together. Breathing felt good,legs felt good and I started really positive. Can't believe 6 weeks ago I was strugglingon the 1 minute runs!!
Can I call myself a runner now??? 😁
