Hi! I wanted to recommend the Intervals Pro app - it has a 9 week C25K program with three weekly runs which is pretty much identical to the NHS version. The benefit is that you can listen to your own music while you run, and the app will prompt when it’s time to walk or run. It integrates nicely with an Apple Watch too if you have one. Of course the downside is that Laura isn’t there
Happy running!

This app is really good and I’ve been using it for about a year. Due to problems with a knee / foot I’ve found that jeffing works well for me. I’ve pre set a number of distances or times to use depending on how I feel mentally or physically. The main thing is to get out there rather than not, so a short one is better than nothing at all. A couple of Spotify playlists on your watch and you are away.
