After a period of consolidation and alternative holiday activities , I’m very happy to report that my C25K journey took me to the start of my 1st Parkrun. (Well 1st in about 10 years) I jiggled round in 35mins and am super proud of myself. I want to thank my Parkrun friends for their encouragement and support . I’m definately up for more and psyched to progress from 5K to 10K over the next 9 weeks ! Ambition indeed .
And last but not least so happy my delightful daughter is also continuing on her C25K journey too . Can’t wait for her to graduate. Super proud of her resilience.
