Good morning people...

I had such fun last Wednesday, revisiting the idea of a weekly rave, ( dance), initiated by one of our awesome forum friends poppypug

Lots of people asked whether it was going to become a regular post!

Not sure on that one, but I do know that quite a few folk joined in with the WIGGLE and a few latecomers even did one on the Thursday!

It was all done, just for fun...loads of runners all having a little workout, all over the UK and beyond... throwing a few shapes, (I had never heard that expression, thanks, misswobble )!

In the kitchen, the office, the park, wherever... letting it go!

Just a whole load of us all doing it together, just like our running...!

SO..having had a bit of a week again and still not on form to get any running done, I needed another cheer-me up!

Sounds fun but exhausting, I have 2 small runners in training on their way for a sleepover and just thinking of cooking dinner xx

Yup..25 degrees here forecast.. and she asked for her favourite..Monday, Sunday Lunch..Roast beef..Home made Yorkshires.....sprouts...cauliflower...green beans !!!

Strangely I was just looking up if the phantom flan flinger ever had their identity revealed… turns out he’s like the Stig, and there was more than one.

Anyway, this means I’m old… and still running further than in my youth.

Off to look up more random stuff… Sunday Funday Runday is approaching.
