Thanks to everyone who gave me encouragement after my “dread” post the other day. I did it! I usually listen to music but decided to change things a little and listen to a funny podcast instead and I think it was a good distraction. It was a beautiful evening and I’m lucky enough to be able to run by the sea which is a definite bonus. It felt like such an achievement! Good luck to everyone else who are about to do this run - you CAN do it! 🙂
Woo hoo - W5R3 done!: Thanks to everyone who... - Couch to 5K
Woo hoo - W5R3 done!
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 ✅ 👍
Well done! It is an achievement. 👍
What a difference a run makes… very well done. Now you know you can do this! Slow and steady into week 6 and there’s no stopping you!
Well done...very impressed. What was the podcast? I have been listening to Jay Shetty's on purpose for distraction. It would be good to mix it up with a funny one.
I was listening to Off Menu and Harry Hill was the guest. If you haven’t listened to it, the premise is that guests talk through what their dream meal would be. The Harry Hill one was so funny - it really took my mind off the run and made the time pass!
Great progress, very well done! 🏃♀️
Wow, awesome. 💥👊🏽💥I’m so jealous, I’ve got mine R3 tomorrow. I’m so nervous.
No need to be nervous. You have come this far, you know you can do it, have faith
Yay! The best feeling! Well done 🙂
Wow, that’s amazing. Well done you. I start W5 today. This is my second time around with C25k after graduating back in March, I’m struggling more this time though, I’ll plod on though. Congratulations to you.🏃♀️💕🤗
Well done. You must be feeling great.
Congratulations Mrs P! That’s brilliant. 😊😊😊
Well done, what an achievement, it leaves you feeling on a high for days. Just be aware that week 6 run 1 catches a lot of people out (I assumed it would be a piece of cake after the long run) it was really hard so just take it really slow, it was the end of week 6 where I actually wanted to get rid of the intervals and just continue with the longer runs - it’s so much better - good luck.
Oh well done you, what a happy post
