After completing Week 7 last week, it’s so tempting to forge ahead to do weeks 8 and 9 and finally get that graduate badge 😊, but I’ve decided to go back a bit - I have a lot of aches pains between runs, despite doing strength exercises. Did an oldie today – Week 5 Run 2. I’m comfortable with it – my happy run! I’ll consolidate using this one for a few weeks along with the strength exercises, and let my muscles catch up to where my running’s at! Sounds very sensible to me. Don't forget that you can also take extra rest days when you need them 🙂 Much better to get there slowly than not get there at all!
