I finally completed this programme to the final run this morning! After a niggly hip and twingey knee and a heatwave since my last run I made sure I did plenty of stretches before I set out. I knew I could do it this time and I wanted to punch the air when I heard Sanjeev say βwell doneβ!
Iβm so grateful to everyone on here who have offered great advice and itβs all worked to help me get through to the end! Feeling on a high right now! (And looking like a beetroot) π₯΅π

Thanks so much - Iβm probably going to try setting an alarm on my phone for 30 mins and just run till it goes off for the next few runs to see if I can do it without Sanjeevβs encouragement. π
Congratulations! This past couple of weeks have been a really tough time to be a runner, huge kudos to you and all others getting the longer runs of the plan done. Celebrate well and enjoy all your future running adventures
Congratulations! What a journey it is. You should be so proud of the effort and the commitment to see it through.

My foot is feeling a lot better thanks, have some tightness in my calf so I'm continuing stretching and resting as much as possible. I hope to start my week 9 next week π
