W1R1 ...again

First of all a huge thank you to all of you who kindly encouraged me to give it another go. I'm not shouting too loudly but I did manage to sneak out early this morning while no one was looking and completed W1R1 without any problems. I could even go so far as to say that it was fun as I managed to have some background music this time round which definitely helped. Not thinking too far ahead though, I know it's early days but at least it's a start...

Well done on a good start and great that it went well and you enjoyed it. Take it slowly and you'll get there 😊

It's actually really good to restart the programme. I found I learned more about breathing the second time through and probably enjoyed it more as I was less anxious. Keep posting...happy running.

Well done for getting out there and even better that you enjoyed it 😊👍🏻 It’s my second try at this after getting to week 9 and I feel like it’s easier this time round as I know I could do it and my breathing has been easier this time too. I’ve really listened and asked for advice on here and it’s helped me get through - 1 more run until I graduate and you will get there again too, good luck!
