Only one more to go 😧 can't believe it. Went out early this morning so lovely and cool. Back on my hill so about half K less than my last run on the flat route, slow and steady as usual. The next few days are looking really hot hot hot 🥵🔥 even early morning so the last run will be waiting for me when it gets a bit cooler 🏃‍♀️😊

Well done. I was out early this morning too (well, early for a Sat!) Very pleasant it was too. I think I might leave my next run until Weds if this heat is as bad as they're all warning us!
