After getting advice from here about not completing 25 minutes of running in week 7, I listened to your advice and took my pace right down. And guess what? I only went and did it! Even felt like I had more to give at the end. So very pleased. Thank you everyone, you're awesome.

It’s magical when a run goes well isn’t it?

Very well done.... that is exactly right... always aim to have a little bit left in the tank. Slow and steady is a perfect way to get you exactly where you want to be.I began this in 2015 at 65... I am infamous ( famous ?) for my slow and steady mantra...BUT I am still here, still running at 72...so there has to be something in it!

You are doing brilliantly... finding your happy pace and just going with it :)

Really well done! Those runs feel great when you can nail that comfortable pace. That will stand you in great stead not only for the end of the programme (not long now!) but the rest of your running beyond. 🎉

Oh, that's great news. It really is the best feeling in the world, when you feel like you could run on and on 🙂
