Absolutely awesome, I am chuffed to bits for you , you've stuck it out through the good runs and the bad and you've attchieved the ultimate goal. I know your now a park run member and hope you will still post and update how you are getting on . W5 r3 seems so long ago when we were all needing the support to go for that run .
