I've just been reading your replies to Linda MN06 who at 60 and with health concerns was wondering if she was crazy for considering C25K...there were 29 heartfelt, honest and just such considerate replies that after a glass of wine this evening making me soppier than usual I felt like I was going to cry! All very touching and so wonderful to read how some of your lives have been changed for the better by this programme and you are now in your wisdom and kindness paying it forward. You are a lovely bunch and I'm proud to be amongst you 💕🥂🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
