Congratulations! Is that your first time or the first for a while? Either way it’s such a great feeling when you achieve a goal like that.
I’m finding the heat tricky too. At the moment it’s early or late runs for me. I’m already looking forward to it cooling down and I’m enjoying rainy run days!
