Just did a 4 week run as have been away from it for 2 months, various reasons, new job and some foot pain and then got out of the habit... but was surprised I could manage it again and not have to start from scratch😃
Have missed it!

Have missed it!
Week 4 is a good place to start.
I've had a few breaks for various reasons and depending how long it's been I start at either week 2 or week 3. I've become very fond of week 3, it's nice and short and in the podcast version with Laura the music is not bad: there is a nice little song just before the final run
Hi, I've done the same, I get so far then things get in the way. Usually too tired or feeling down. I usually re-start on W3, am now on W5R2, which I've completed 5 times over the last few months (I know!) and I have the dreaded 20 min run on Friday. I actually think it's helped to train my legs to run, redoing the weeks loads. I'm not getting shin splints any more, and my legs don't turn to jelly when I stop. We'll see how they feel after 20 mins though! I have to keep going now. I've registered for a 5k race in mid August to motivate me.
