Hi all,I’ve started again and completed week one on Friday.Going to do run 1 week 2 later today….This is the 3rd time doing c25k,after completing it twice before(2&3 years ago)….Unfortunately illness has caused me to be unable to sustain it but hopefully this time I can graduate and keep going 🙏I really love the running and the feel good factor it gives you once you’ve completed one….Good luck all and happy Sunday…

Welcome back to the forum and well done on getting restarted.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
