Well this morning I thought I would try something different so did the C25k+ stamina podcast. I enjoyed it. It is a little slower pace than I would do which actually I found a bit harder. It has been useful though as the last 5mns takes you up to 165 beats of music per minute which seemed to me my usual pace. I think I will use this for a couple of weeks as a change then decide what to do next. Oh decisions decisions.
