Well, we have got through to w7, this felt particularly hard as I wasn't feeling it, mentally I think as had sleep disturbed by anxiety waking me, but Slinky was game so I went with her to get the run done, again perciverance, slow & steady got me through, onwards and upwards.

😊

HUGE well done...! We often say that it is is easy to run, when the run is easy . If you feel on form , and raring to go... but after a poor night's sleep and the weight of life... it is not easy. But, you got out and you did it ! x

Good job. You did well to persevere to the end, it can be easy just to give it up when not feeling it. We sometimes need those hard runs tho, makes the "easier" ones all the more enjoyable and strengthens our minds to what can be accomplished 🙂
